What counts as a "Mac"?

A license seat is tied to one physical Mac. You can deactivate a Mac at any time from Percev's Preferences → Account panel, which frees that seat for use on another machine.

Can I upgrade or switch plans?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; Paddle prorates the difference. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens after my trial ends?

Percev will stop recording new meetings and prompt you to start a subscription. Your existing recordings, transcripts, and AI analyses are stored locally on your Mac and remain accessible — nothing is deleted.
