Refund Policy
1. The 30-day free trial
Before you pay, Percev offers a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start the trial. We strongly recommend using the trial to confirm Percev works on your Mac and meets your needs before purchasing.
2. Refund window
After purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. You do not need to give a reason. We'll process the refund as long as the request arrives within the window.
3. Subscription renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are also refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not substantially used the Software during the new billing period. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via Paddle's customer portal or from the receipt email — cancellation stops future charges immediately.
4. How to request a refund
You have two equivalent paths — use either one:
- Via Paddle (fastest): reply to the Paddle receipt email you received after purchase, or use the "Request a refund" link at the bottom of that receipt. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles refund processing directly.
- Via us: email sunfmin@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase. Please include your Paddle order number (it's in your receipt) so we can locate the transaction. We will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle the same or next business day. The funds appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank and card network. Bank-wire refunds may take longer.
6. What isn't refundable
- Requests received more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us or Paddle. Please reach out first so we can make it right — a friction-free refund is almost always faster than a chargeback.
- Cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated refunds from the same customer on similar products).
7. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to — not in place of — any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
